CVD single crystal diamond blade blanks for surgical scalpels, ophthalmic knives, micro-surgical blades, and related precision cutting instruments. Supplied to OEM manufacturers for device development and production.
Material is monocrystalline CVD diamond — not PCD or diamond-coated metal. Standard supply uses {110} top and bottom surface orientation. Blade outline, dimensions, and processing details are produced to customer drawings.
All products are custom-made to order. No standard stock items are held.

About {110} Orientation
Standard supply uses {110} orientation on the top and bottom surfaces. Crystal orientation influences subsequent lapping, polishing, and edge preparation. If a specific edge direction or crystallographic relationship is needed, note it on the drawing when submitting an RFQ.
Engineering Review
Prior to quotation, our engineering team reviews each enquiry for manufacturability and material utilization, covering:
1)Material dimensions and orientation
