Single crystal boron-doped HPHT diamond plates for electronic, electrochemical, sensor and advanced research applications.
Available in light-doped, heavy-doped and high-boron grades. Standard material is supplied with low nitrogen content (<10 ppb by EPR) and mechanically polished surfaces with Ra <10 nm.
