INFI ADVANCED MATERIALS CO.,LTD is a specialized supplier of industrial and functional diamond materials based in China.

We supply a broad range of diamond materials, including HPHT single crystal diamond, single-crystal and polycrystalline CVD diamond, optical diamond, thermal management materials, boron-doped diamond, diamond tool materials, seeds and customized diamond components.

Industrial diamond is a highly specialized field. Different products often come from different manufacturing routes and require different expertise in crystal growth, cutting, polishing, metallization, testing and other processing steps. For this reason, we work with a number of production base and processing partners ,allows us to offer a broad range of diamond materials while coordinating the appropriate growth, cutting, polishing, metallization and inspection capabilities for each project.

 

What We Can Help With

Many of the inquiries we receive are not for standard off-the-shelf products. Customers may need a specific crystal orientation, unusual dimensions, a particular thickness or surface finish, thermal or optical performance requirements, metallization, laser cutting, microstructures, or simply a small quantity of material for initial testing.

We keep selected diamond materials in stock to reduce lead times. For larger quantities or custom specifications, we can quickly arrange additional production and processing according to the project requirements.

From Samples to Production

We regularly work with customers who start with only a few samples for evaluation.

For R&D and early-stage projects, small quantities and customized specifications are often more important than large production volumes. We therefore support laboratory samples, prototype quantities and small-batch orders as well as ongoing production requirements.

When a project develops into larger-volume demand, we can also work with the customer and relevant manufacturing partners on production capacity, specification control and cost.

Quality and Testing

The available inspection and testing depend on the type of diamond and the required specification.

Depending on the product, inspection may include dimensional measurement, microscope inspection, crystal orientation, surface roughness, internal stress inspection, Raman testing, thermal conductivity measurement and other material-specific checks.

Some tests are part of the normal inspection process, while others need to be arranged separately or carried out by a third-party laboratory.
