Single Crystal CVD Diamond Sticks for Dressing Tools
Single crystal CVD diamond sticks are supplied for the manufacture of grinding wheel dressing tools, rotary dressers, roller dressers and other precision conditioning applications.
The material is monocrystalline CVD diamond and can be processed into square, rectangular or custom cross-section blanks according to customer requirements. Compared with irregular diamond stones or grit, CVD diamond sticks offer consistent dimensions and repeatable material supply, making them suitable for OEM dresser production and new tool development projects.
Many customers use these blanks as an alternative to natural diamond or HPHT single crystal diamond when controlled geometry and custom dimensions are required.

Customers evaluating dressing materials often compare several options.
Natural diamond remains common in traditional dressing tools. HPHT monocrystalline diamond is widely used in industrial dresser production. Polycrystalline CVD diamond is selected in some wear-resistant applications.
Single crystal CVD diamond is typically considered when consistent blank geometry, custom dimensions and stable long-term supply are important factors in the project.
